About Pocket Change Pros
Going freelance means becoming your own payroll, accounts and HR department. We write plain-English guides to the money side: setting rates, getting paid, setting aside for taxes and building the safety net a job used to provide.
What we do
We publish freelance money guides, a self-employment tax set-aside calculator, a quarterly estimated tax calendar, the Freelance Money checklist and a free printable Freelance Money Workbook. We send The Pro Desk to people who sign up for it, and we're preparing the Freelance Money Kit, a paid spreadsheet and templates.
What we don't do
- We aren't tax preparers, accountants or lawyers.
- We don't recommend software, banks or tax services, or earn affiliate fees.
- We never ask for your tax returns or Social Security number.
- We never sell or share your email address.
